About the event
We have an exciting event for February. Susan Adler will be demonstrating the art of making Lumpia a delicious Filipino treat as well as how to make dipping sauce to accompany the lumpia. She will also demo and prepare, for sampling, pancit bihon (a rice and noodle dish made with chicken and shrimp) a Filipino dish that is often paired with the lumpia .
Each lady will prepare 5 lumpia to cook at home. Salad and fruit platter will be provided. Please bring your own beverage.
