Checks must be received by the first of the month of the luncheon. Luncheons are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month from September - May. Checks may be mailed or given to Skeeter at the luncheon of the previous month. Online payment options for a Regular Lunch or a Gluten Free Lunch are activated only until midnight on the first of each Month.​​​
​The Ice Cream Social is held in early June.​​
