Groups

Group members appreciate various forms of artistic expression, seeking transformative experiences that provoke thought, inspire dialogue, and foster cultural appreciation. Meetings will be 3rd Thursday in September, November, January, March, and May. Time will be dependent on the gallery.

Members meet on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month to study Scripture led by members. They are a close-knit group of believers that share and pray about their joys and sorrows. Study at 10:00 AM, Lake Gaston Regional Chamber of Commerce, 2357 Eaton Ferry Road, Littleton, NC for anyone looking to know God better!

 Members meet the 4th Monday of each month, September to May. They plan to learn bird identifying cell apps and websites. Online classes to share. Annual bird counts will  take place. Visiting rescue centers, share live feeds of nests, Speakers, and NC Bird Atlas group. The group will share knowledge related to the art of bird watching.

A book club that meets the 1st Wednesday of the month, September-June, at 10 AM at the Lake Gaston Regional Chamber of Commerce, 2357 Eaton Ferry Road, Littleton, NC to have book discussions.

Members actively cross-stitch, knit, crochet or any other form of needlework that involves "Counting Stitches". Members are willing to share any knowledge they may have about different techniques and offer assistance. New members are always welcome! They meet the 1st and 3rd Mondays, 1-4 PM in members’ homes or the Lake Gaston Regional Chamber of Commerce, 2357 Eaton Ferry Road, Littleton, NC

All sorts of games will be played and learned--Complication, Push Rummy, Five Crowns, Mexican Train, Rummikub, etc. Meeting throughout the year at the Warren County Rescue Squad Building on Enterprise Road, Littleton, on the 2nd and 4th Mondays from 12:15-4 pm. New Members Welcome!

This group meets monthly to learn about and experience different foods and have fun! They find new places as well as chefs to show them recipes, tips, and tricks on all food sorts. They travel to local places as well as afar. They are a lunch bunch that meets the first Tuesday of each month, September to May.

A large choral group of ladies who love to sing and share their interests and talents with others. Practice is every Thursday morning at the Lake Gaston Baptist Church, 128 Lynwood Rd., Littleton--usually 9-11:00.

Meetings are comprised of trips, speakers, and subjects pertaining to gardening and outdoor projects. Meetings are the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month at 1:00 (unless noted in Shorelines) ending in the month of June.

This card group meets at Casa Mia's, 208 E South Main St., Littleton throughout the year on Wednesdays from 11:30-4:00 for lunch and fun playing Hand 'n Foot.

Enjoy and learn all types of line dancing to a variety of music. They meet every Tuesday at the Lake Gaston Fitness Center, 362 Lizard Creek Rd., Littleton at 4:00 during the months September through May.

This group enjoys playing an ancient Chinese tile game. They meet the 2nd and 4th Fridays at 1:00 in members' homes throughout the year.

Couples (any two people) play once a month for 4 months and meet in each other's homes. Then a new group is formed to play the next 4 months.

They are all about Ladies, Lunch and Laughter! They only have two rules and those are to have fun and do interesting things. They meet on 2nd Thursdays of every month, September through May.

Join them to explore the great outdoors, and maybe a few indoor adventures too! They meet the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month. Time will be determined by the activity planned. They invite you come have fun with them!

This is an all level painting and crafts group that meets each Wednesday 1:00-4:00 throughout the year at the Warren County Rescue Squad Building, 678 Enterprise Rd., Littleton.

Group interested in learning about antiques and history. Travels to historic sites, antique shops, hosts guest lectures and always enjoys lunch. "If you want to understand today, you must search yesterday"--Pearl S. Buck. The Vintage Gals usually meet on the 4th Wednesday of each month depending upon the venue.

Members meet to taste and discuss wine from around the world. They will meet 1st Wednesdays of October, December, February, April in 2025/2026. There is a fee for this group to cover expenses. They meet at The Acorn Center, 411 Mosby Ave., Littleton.
